The aging population faces a significant burden from various diseases, particularly neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric disorders, obesity and diabetes, and degenerative bone diseases. These conditions not only compromise the quality of life but also impose substantial economic costs on healthcare systems and families.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers a holistic approach to managing these diseases, focusing on the integration of body and mind. TCM modalities, such as herbal medicine, and dietary therapy, have demonstrated efficacy in alleviating symptoms and improving overall health.
